Why my Sneasel can't evolute? I already gave him Razor Claw.

Where did you get Razor Claw?

I level up him at night many times, but still can't.
Is that a big deal about the source of razor claw? I'm not so sure where I got it.

your Sneasel must hold the razor claw on its body and up level at night.
