sin2X=cosX
Find X.

我只能用double angle formula去求x....(--> sin2A=2sinAcosA )

有冇d方法係用f.3 knowledge都求到x??

sin2x=cosx
sin2x=sin(90-x)    or sin2x=sin(270-x)
2x=90-x                   2x=270-x
3x=90                      3x=270
x=30                        x=90

不過......印象中3rd quadrant的東西要到F.4才會學到,而且不用double angle formula的話會漏了答案270和150吧

最好的方法(我認為)是用general solution:

sin 2x = cos x
cos x = cos (90 - 2x)
      x = 360n + (90 - 2x) or 360n - (90 - 2x)
      x = 120n + 30 or 90 - 360n, where n is any integer.
