hmm...it seems if the rotoms' speed is quicker, it will be a horrible pokemon, because: rotom(machine)'s special def. and def. is high,attack too. but it's speed looks no good.... if more speed,def. and attack. it IS really horrible thing.

"壺壺"cannot stand any attack if you didn't increase 2 def. HP isn't anything more def ,fewer damege at your hp. but too few hp is no good. more HP,damege will more(looks like) i hear a rumor that air cutter is good but the end i use air cutter is "GAME OVER" (beaten) how could celebi stay for 20 rounds ? almost everyone have the attacks That WILL make double damege on celerbi (what is"速專"?)
