我一開始仲以為以前做過,但係想下想下又記唔起幾時
(因為通常都係沒有時間去想的)

There's one more theory and that is because you have done something before. and now you've
done something that look very similar to what you've done before so it feels like you've done it in the past. By my science teacher.
For example. I have been to a shop and had a look at a product and now i'm in that shop and looking that product again then i feel like i've done it before
