actually the japanese said that if u register another tape (R/S/E/FL) then u need to wait for 24 hours to go and send pokemon again. because u have to register everytime u put another tape.

but he cannot send the pokemon when he had waiting for 24 hours so he take out the batterey understand??(because my eng is not well)
