Who has used a dragon Poke'mon to win an ice Pokemon?

I have used a Flygon to beat five ice Poke'mons, and I won!(But only in the game)

只要你速同lv高過佢就可以輕易取勝啦....(況且個隻龍可以裝火焰噴射既)

I don't think u can beat up a pokemon like mew2(its sa & sp is strong, it can use ice beam, too)
