Chem: Cl, Ne, N, Xe, which one is the odd one?

In the Chemistry examination that I took today, there was a question asking us which one is the odd element among chlorine (Cl), neon (Ne), nitrogen (N) and xenon (Xe). After the exam, my friends said the correct answer should be chlorine (Cl) as it is a gas with a greenish colour. Isn't chlorine a colourless gas? I look forward to seeing response and answers as soon as possible.
Please note that there may be more than one correct answer as long as you have reasons supporting you.
