以你的那個為例：

Customization > Skins & Themes > Windows Utilities > WindowBlinds XP

可見是一個WindowBlinds的主題，那麼說你就要先裝了合適版本（通常是最新版）的WindowBlinds才能用該主題

WindowBlinds是一個需要付費的軟件，也請你不要在本壇詢問如何找到破解啊什麼的。
