"Very" is an adverb. It is decribing adv. "well". (to what extent)
"Well" is an adverb also. It is decribing the verb. (There is a grammatical mistake... it should be "you've done" or "you did")

It is called intergrated adj clause
, which does not include comma

She is obviously not the Sue Jones they are looking for.
(from the cambridge grammar of the english language)
