Omastar is a powerful pokemon...
but only few people use it(luckystar)...
His SA and defence is pretty good= =
but SD,speed also so low...
If you use this pm,you will how to use it?
濕滑+rain is the best way to up the speed,after rain it can quicker than 130 speed pokemon...
but you will up how many point?
255sa,255speed?
s55defence,255SA?
And you will use what attack and stuff to help you?

I think  Attract  plus  Spikes are  better

If I have a Omastar , I would up 252 SD,152 Defend  and  106 SA.
