請問咁多位 "in time" 與 "on time" 的意思和用法有什麼分別？

In time=及時
e.g : I just got there in time. （You had an appointment at 7:00a.m and you arrived at seven.)
On time: 準時
e.g : He is always on time. (He is always punctual.)
