香港寵物小精靈村落之Card Game比賽規則（隨時更新）

在可以讓香港寵物小精靈村落之會員可以參加咭賽的大前提之下，
經過一番思考下，終於決定了如何制定規則。
為防止玩家不小心把日文咭作出錯誤的翻譯，
香港寵物小精靈村落之會員在參加比賽時不可使用日文咭，
不論該設計有否poke-body或是poke-power，
pm咭是沒有國界的，而當中以英文為最有權威，
故中文咭最好就是沒有，
所有規則跟隨英文版之規則手冊（包括套牌為６０張），
視為犯規之行為如下﹕
給予一次口頭警告：
用言語作出恐嚇
給提示予在場對戰中的參賽者
被扣一分績分：
（只限於計分比賽，如該比賽不設計分制，將列入給予一次警告）
使用不合規格的咭組 / 在咭套中夾有兩張或以上的咭
故意偷看咭組中或獎賞咭區中的咭
立即取消參賽資格：
有預謀地在咭套上或咭片上畫上任何記號
使用假咭(可以在比賽前先與其他玩家互相檢查)
比賽須知
請自備咭組使用的咭，硬幣、指示物
香港寵物小精靈村落保留最終決定權，如果在英文版之規則手冊中無法得到共識

However, they have Japanese translators to translate Japanese into English. It is impossible for us to find a Japanese translator to do the translation for us. We can not make sure if some of the players in H.K which use Japanese cards might cheat or not.

Who said that?
There are many people who are good at Jap. in HK.
Also, in the Internet, there are many card translation.
So,
Why can't we make sure the players in H.K which use Japanese cards might cheat or not?

Well, by using logic, it is clearly that there are some Japanese translators in the World Championships as not all of the competators know Japanese. You do not suppose all of the competators know Japanese, do you?
     Yes, there are a numder of people who are good at Japanese in H.K. But do we have these people in HKPNVE? I doubt. But we are still expanding and it is likely some of our new members are good at it. Moreover, in my own opinion, the Japanese translator should not take part in the competation. It will be unfair to other competators as there are beneficial relationships to the Japanese translator.
       Yes, there are some sites which contain Japanese card translation. But do they have the translation of the newest Japanese card set once if it is released? What if a guy uses the newest set of the Japanese card? Also, can you tell me where I can get the Japanese version of the rules? (I just wish to know more abou it.) In my own opinion, there should be a computer accessing to the internet for the translation during the competation. It is because there might be arguments and the best way for the solution is to check the site for the accurate for the information. I hope this might solve the problem of cheating.
      Lastly, the above is just my own opinion on this issue, as eric is in charge of this matter.
