Tier不見了,另外標題,那是暴不是爆

有關#1的第一次對戰:
這場對戰必須被判無效，原因是雙方對於選錯TIER均須付上責任。一旦選了No Preview OU這個tier，這並不符合比賽規則，詳細分別例如比賽雙方均無法使用烈咬陸鯊、龍頭地鼠等精靈。即使雙方均沒有使用這些精靈，但相對於整個比賽的參賽者，雙方卻獲取了額外的資訊，並不公平。有見及此，錯tier問題嚴重，被挑戰一方亦有認真檢查對戰是否符合比賽規則的責任，煩請各位參賽者留意。
