No. Although her song is popular, her song are not popular in many adults' world, and they are dislike her song.

She's so different from other singers. she sings well, she looks good, she is sooooo crazy and she loves her lil' monsters <3!

definitely not. her doings is very crazy, but she's not out of her mind.
it's just some of her thoughts is a bit controversial, like supporting gays. i agree with her most of the time.
about her being sexy, i don't think it's wrong. it's all about fashion.
