Things that are required to produce goods to satisfy unlimited human wants,
當中又分為Natural resources、Man-made resources及Human resources;
Goods的定義為things(or services) that can satisfy human wants,
如果我們把它看作用來提供大學教育,那就是Man-made resource;

Resources refer to the 4 factors of production:
Land - Natural resource
Capital - Man-made resource
Labour - Human resource
Entrepreneurship - Human resource

In your example, I can't quite agree that a university seat should be regarded as resources used to provide tertiary education service. Instead, it should represent studentship and therefore is a economic good, as more of it is preferred to less.

Examples of resources employed to provide tertiary education service include:
Professors/Teaching staff (Labour)
Administrative staff (Labour)
Campus site (Land)
Computers (Capital)
Projectors (Capital)
Desks and chairs (Capital)
etc.

Produce,

Yep, you're right.
Resources are about production while goods are about consumption.
Production and consumption are the two very important concepts in Economics!
