Dear all,

  Ladies and gentlemen, I want to notice you about our moderator, Roger Lam. He will start his learning status and preparation for the HKCEE next year in May at 15 November 2004. He will NOT come here/moderate normally and he'll not have enough time to moderate here. Please forgive and wish him to the success.

  The following is a private message sent from him.

Dear itphone,

As I am going to be taking the HKCEE Exams next year, I think I do not have enough time to be answering questions and moderatating the matters of this forum. I hope you would let me quit(starting from 15 Nov 2004) the job as one of the moderators. I will still answer the questions if I come across any. But starting from 15 Nov, I will come to the forum as little as possible.
When the HKCEE exams are over, I will come back. It is crucial for me to try my best for this exam as I want to get six "A"s. Moreover, I found out that I need to improve myself in order to answer the villager's questions.
When I come back on 24 May 2005, I promise you that I will become stronger and be more able than ever to answer any villager's questions. During these two weeks, I sincerely hope that you can find a person to fit my job.

鋒仔用錯英文字...
不是moderate，是monitor。
雖然moderate有管理員的意思，但moderate是解作調停。
monitor應該比較適合~

改正了
全句正確應是
I look forward to hearing your good news.
或
I am looking forward to hearing your good news.
To後面的hearing在這裡不是Verb了，應該是Gerund

這個則不太肯定[E-Swe]
moderate有「主持」的意思

look forward to 整個是Phrasal Verb，to有for的意思，所以好像for後面的要加個gerund。
這是個special case，一定要記唷！

　　各位先生、女士，我想說一則有關板主Roger Lam(林)的通告。他將會於2004年11月15日開始他的溫習以預備下年五月的香港中五程度會考。他將不會回來/管理本壇及他將沒有足夠時間管理這裏。請原諒及祝福他成功。

除了oral,其他科也考完了，總括來說，我就有點兒怕中文不及格，但是其他科目就一定有C。在一些我比較強的科目就應該有B的，如果有運就有機會奪A的。看看怎樣吧，始終一山還有一山高，我也不敢亂說自己在某一科會奪A。不過，希望大家會在餘下的日子能提點一下我的中文就最好了！
