Do u guys know the difference between pokemon and pocket monster??

I think pokemon is only the short form of pocket monster, or pocket monster is the English form and

pokemon is the Japanese form.

Basically, Pokemon is the short form of Pocket Monsters.

However, the animation series of PM is called "Pocket Monster" in Japan, while it is called "Pokemon" in the US, Canada and England.

I thought that pokemon is Japanese form and pocket monster is the Us, UK form.....
