The code is for Bouffalant or Malamar. If someone wants to trade for my code, but he/she has no PAL (European) 3DS, I can receive the event and trade it to him/her with photo/video proof.

It is a serial code that gives Event Bouffalant or Event Malamar depending on your game. If you have AS, you get Bouffalant, if you have OR, you get Malamar. You need European 3DS to get this event, so I can receive the event and trade the pokemon, if it is needed.
